Special Proposal for Global Partners(Intellectual Narrative Project)
The Unstoppable Faculty: Redefining the "Limits" of Human Intelligence
Welcome to the World’s First Reverse-Inclusion University.
At the Barrier-Free Liberal Arts University, we don’t teach students how to "cope" with disability. We teach the world that disability is a Unique Operating System—a specialized set of perceptions that can solve global challenges invisible to the typical mind.
Our Vision: The "Flip the Script" Philosophy
In a traditional society, a person with a disability is often seen as someone to be "helped." Here, we flip that narrative.
When a bridge collapses, when the power goes out, or when a global system fails—the "able-bodied" majority often falls into panic. But our faculty members, who navigate a "broken world" every single day, remain unphased. They are the masters of resilience, the architects of silence, and the navigators of the dark.
Meet the "Hackers of Perception" (Our Faculty)
Our leadership team consists of world-class intellectuals who have redefined human potential:
The Master of Tactile Universe: Led by a professor who became the first deaf-blind person in history to hold a full professorship at the University of Tokyo.
The Navigator of Silence: Led by international experts, including a lawyer (a member of Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities), who command the visual logic of Sign Language.
The Architect of the Virtual Frontier: Led by digital visionaries who create entire Metaverses through the power of breath and oral-operated technology.
A Message from the President
"My role as President is rooted in 'Brilliant Curiosity.' I am the one who constantly 'asks' these masters to teach me their invisible worlds. We believe that when you change the environment, you change the definition of 'ability.' This is not a place for charity; it is a laboratory for the future of humanity."
— Kurumi Saito, Ph.D. (Chairperson & Prospective President)
